The "Omnis-IP Innovation Award" consists of 15 hours of consulting services designed to help a start-up develop a tailored intellectual property strategy, a key element in its commercial success.

The service includes:

• an audit of existing intellectual property rights;
• assistance in implementing a winning intellectual property protection strategy;

      and in particular at least one of thefollowing services:

1. In the field of patents:

   • drafting of patent applications at Swiss, European or worldwide level
2. In the field of trademarks:
    
   • trademark clearance searches
    
   • preparation of trademark applications at Swiss and international level

Tailored consulting service:

The IP needs of start-ups can vary greatly from one startup to another, depending onthe stage of the project, the existence of rights and many other parameters. Following a review of existing IP rights and the implementation of an IP strategy, the offer will be tailored to the specific needs of the winning startup. Terms & Conditions

• The prize is offered in the form of a service and cannot be converted into cash under any circumstances.
• It does not cover the following costs:

‍                       • administrative costs, inparticular those relating to filing formalities;

                      •  official fees;

                      •  all costs external to Omnis-IP or Tech4Regen.
