ProSeed
ProSeed is dedicated to reducing the negative impact of food processing by revalorizing waste.
Each year, 18 million tons of wet by-products are wasted in Europe’s food industry. We turn this challenge into an opportunity by helping producers upcycle them into high-nutrition ingredients, creating new revenue streams.
Our containerized modular drying unit seamlessly integrates into existing infrastructure, providing a low-CAPEX, low-OPEX solution. While we currently focus on brewer’s spent grain and oat okara, our highly scalable and versatile technology unlocks the full potential of various food industry by-products across multiple sectors

SwissSoil
Strengthening crop resilience through enhanced plant fertility and diverse soil biology.

GenoRobotics
At GenoRobotics, we develop innovative DNA-based biodiversity monitoring solutions to accelerate ecosystem assessment and regeneration efforts. Our field-deployable DNA sequencing tools enable researchers, conservationists, and industries to rapidly identify plant and aquatic species with minimal infrastructure.

Picterra
Picterra bridges the gap between the physical and digital worlds, transforming satellite and drone imagery into verifiable data for ESG, compliance, and sustainability. Instead of relying on manual audits or self-reported claims, our GeoAI-powered platform delivers precise, visual, and verified evidence to track land use, detect environmental changes.

Techponics
Techponics builds automated, software-driven hydroponic systems that allow growers to produce leafy greens more efficiently. By combining robotics, intelligent plant spacing, and crop monitoring, our solution increases productivity while reducing labor, water use, and operational complexity.
Their mission is to empower leafy-greens growers with automated, data-driven production systems that increase productivity, reduce labor dependency, and make large-scale sustainable farming economically viable.

Sixteen44
Methane is a powerful driver of global warming, trapping over 80x more heat than CO2 over 20 years. Though short-lived, rising methane levels are accelerating near-term climate change, pushing the planet closer to dangerous tipping points.
Sixteen44 develops technology that reduces global warming by destroying atmospheric methane. Their mission is to remove 1 million tonnes of methane (equivalent to ~80 million tonnes of CO2e) from the air every year by 2035.

DeltaSpark
On top of being a major environmental issue, due to carbon tax, CO2 is also becoming a major financial problem for industries.
At DeltaSpark, we see more in CO2 that just a costly waste. Using electrolysis, we turn CO2 into economic opportunities such as clean H2, building materials and green chemicals.

Circea
Circea was founded to turn wasted biogenic CO2 emissions from fermentation and biogas processes into valuable products, closing the carbon loop and replacing fossil CO2 in agri-food and chemical industries.
Circea combines decentralized CO2 recovery technologies with local, circular ecosystems that enable the reuse of biogenic CO2, ensuring traceable, reliable and cost-effective carbon flows while strengthening supply-chain resilience.

Nettle Circle AG
Nettle Circle envisions regional nettle hubs across Europe turning a once ignored “weed” into mainstream fiber, replacing imported cotton & synthetics, restoring soils, stabilising farmer income & helping brands meet tightening EU climate/due diligence laws.
We build & franchise weather independent nettle hubs in Europe that connect farmers, machinery partners & mills to turn whole nettle plants into circular fibers & by products, giving textile brands local supply that cuts imports & meets new laws.

BCHAR
BCHAR emerged from research at an ETH Zurich association with the ambition to help solve climate change by building biochar CDR infrastructure that transforms agricultural residues into regenerative soil inputs and long-term climate impact at scale.
BCHAR’s mission is to scale carbon removal by making biochar production accessible, efficient, and impactful. The company aims to empower businesses to transform agricultural waste into a valuable tool for carbon removal and soil restoration.

GraphEnergyTech
Clean energy technologies still rely on scarce, costly and carbon-intensive metals. Founded between EPFL and the University of Cambridge, we were driven to remove this bottleneck by enabling truly scalable, affordable and sustainable energy hardware.
Our mission is to accelerate the decarbonization of energy systems by enabling manufacturers to move away from critical metals, through industrially compatible alternatives that reduce cost, emissions and supply-chain risk.

EAPOSYS
Earth heat for fair, reliable energy. EAPOSYS unlocks geothermal everywhere by drilling for heat instead of hydrocarbons, enabling safe and sovereign energy infrastructure and a fair transition to a post-carbon economy.
EAPOSYS’ mission is to accelerate the deployment of geothermal energy at scale and everywhere, by enabling safe, predictable and financeable projects that replace fossil fuels with reliable, local baseload energy worldwide.
